The fourth largest private residence was completed in 1920 before a massive renovation took place the 21st century. Presently, it has a base area of about 90,000ft2; and its two basements contain a swimming pool, massage parlor, gym, sauna, movie theater, and parking space. It is owned by Andrey Guryev, a Russian billionaire who bought it in 2008 for £50 million.
