HOW TO MAKE A DIY WALL MOUNTED NAIL/SCREW HARDWARE ORGANIZER

DIY Wall mounted nail/screw hardware organizer is like a safe for your nail or screw hardware for easy access. Follow these simple step to learn how to make a nail/screw hardware organizer

The first step is having your pile wood ready in pieces with your woodcutter. Measure a 1” X 4” wood and cut it with your woodcutter into two 18” and four 3½” which will be mainframe support. You can then mark an inch in the inside of each 3½” wood with a pencil to get the point for the shelves. Now, use a gauging machine to gauge the wood into equal pieces to give the shelf a vertical support. Put all the 3½” wood together and wrap a tape around them.

Drill a hole in each space of the wooden stick with a hand drill and remove the tape. Each wood is now with a half circle on the bonding side which the tape has been placed. You can then find a 15” scrap wood which would be the perfect weight for the nail/screw hardware boxes. Measure the wood by inches, use a tape on the wood and chop it into pieces of the measurement. Put the pieces into the already made 3 inches’ wood with a half circle. You can put the nail boxes to see if it fit in perfectly.

You can then put the 16 inches’ wood as the outside box and held in place by a clamp. Drill two holes in the wood and then place the 1” woods into each slot. Screw in each shelf piece before using another scrap wood for the backing and screwing.  Spray with paint or oil for finishing touches.
